Know all men by these Presents: That I, the Undersigned, hereinafter “Affiant,” do hereby make this Affidavit, before Christ's church and all the world as Christ's Ambassador in bond (Ephesians 6:20), in recognition of the Book of Isaiah, chapter fifty-two, verse eight, and the First Book of John, chapter one, verse three, that all who may be concerned of the facts herein shall know the truth and shall be redeemed (Galations 3:10-22), and do declare that all the facts stated herein are true, correct, complete, and not intended to be misleading, of My own first-hand knowledge, so help Me, Only True God.

Third: That My Word is My Bond, and that this Affidavit is made for the Purpose of making public the declarations contained herein, with the intent that this Affidavit be recorded with the Clerk for The People of Christ county, kingdom of God.

Fourth: That I, the Affiant, am bound by the Holy Scriptures and My Oath, to the following Duty of Performance: In the event that I or My House might ever injure any person, or damage any property, that I will honor the Laws which mandate restitution for such injuries and damages, and that this Affidavit shall constitute Notice of Surety Bond with regard to Me and My House.

Fifth: That I, the Affiant, will honor the judgments and awards rendered by the courts Christian for The People of Christ county, kingdom of God, with regard to all disputes arising from conflicts, injuries, and damages between Me, My House, and other persons.
