Abatement Seminar Video

Post by Thomas Jeffrey »

While going through some files that a friend sent to me a while back, I came across this video of John Quade at the Abatement Seminar in Dallas, Texas in 1996. It’s been a whole lot of years since I’ve watched this video so I decided to fire up the media player, grab a sandwich and a bag of chips, and enjoy the show. I’m sure glad I did. There were several things covered in the video that I had almost forgotten about. What a great presentation!

For those of you who have not seen it, it’s roughly an hour and a half long, and a great presentation on common Law, Lawful standing, international and municipal law, court procedures, jurisdiction of bench warrants, rules of martial law, Christian liberty, and many other fundamental issues that one needs to know to begin to defend themselves against traffic stops and other legal process. (That description may have made it sound like a real snoozer to some, but it is far from boring.)

For example, one segment is about why a traffic cop has discretion to tow your car. When you step out of your car, usually by the deceptive practice of asking you to step out of the car, the rules of war say that you have abandoned it and now it can be seized by the enemy. That’s good know, right?

There is a brief appearance and discussion with Al Adask about the implications of non-combatants (or civilians) being targeted or fired upon by military forces (i.e. cops), and the possibility that they (cops) can be tried for war crimes if they come after you with guns drawn.

There’s even a little segment on using small claims court to enforce the Default Judgment of an abatement process.

I could go on and on. I forgot just how much info is packed into this video. There have been a couple of earlier posts here at TLP that mentioned this video, but I checked the posts and didn't see a link to it. So in the spirit of sharing great info, and trying to keep my ramblings to a minimum, I’ll stop writing and just submit the following video of John Quade’s excellent presentation for your viewing pleasure. I could not upload the video from my hard drive, so I hope this link found on Youtube shows the full video.

Please enjoy...

Thanks for this, Thomas.

I'm on the road now, with limited Internet, so I won't be able to watch it for at least a couple weeks.

In reference to your private message about embedding videos in this Forum, please notice two small edits I've made to your post.

1. I changed the "https" to "http". Links to videos seem to work better when the secure connection is not demanded.

2. I posted the actual link underneath the video, in case using that link is somehow handier for our readers (it is often handier for me).

Other than that, it looks like you did a great job of figuring it out for yourself, and I thank you again for what I'm sure is a great post.

Thank you for those little tweaks, Gregory. I think the link below the video is a great touch.

I wish you blessings and a safe journey.
