Big Brother

Post by prophecy »

Foreign governments’ intelligence agencies, including those of our democratic allies, might be as a big threat to Americans’ privacy as our own government.

If you telephone, email, chat, or Skype with somebody in the United Kingdom or France, there’s a good chance that the intelligence agencies of both that country and the United States are eavesdropping. Foreign governments are monitoring our communications with the support and encouragement of our own government.

It looks like our communications are under massive surveillance by a wide variety of governments. Perhaps it is time to create some sort of international mechanism to protect international communications from such spying

A form of of malware exists that could enable government agencies and others to use your own mobile devices to spy on you. The malware is called Finfisher or FinSpy, and it is actually marketed to law enforcement and intelligent agencies by a shadowy company called Gamma International.

finfisher-malware-spyGamma markets Finfisher as an “IT intrusion” software; that’s a polite term for hacking. The scary thing about Finfisher is that a variant of it called FinSpy can actually take over smartphones, including both iPhones and phones running Windows Mobile.

Somebody has paid big money to develop a suite of easy to use malware for intelligence agencies and law enforcement. Gamma Group itself is pretty scary; it’s described as a British company owned by a shell corporation in the British Virgin Islands. Nobody knows who actually owns Gamma Group, so it could be a front for an intelligence agency.

How to Opt out of PRISM - the NSA’s global data surveillance program. you can try and prevent the American government from spying on you by encrypting your communications and ending your reliance on proprietary services.

Through the Miracle of the Internet ( thank you YHWH ) we are now able to come to an understanding of the scenario that is now unfolding all around us - the evil ones are trying to get control and track events over the Internet to prevent truth and justice from being delivered - we must challenge them every foot of the way

But is it that far fetched ???

Would you trust thousands of low-level Federal bureaucrats and contractors with one-touch access to your private financial and medical information? Under Obamacare you won’t have any choice.

There is increasing concern in Congress over something called the Federal Data Services Hub.

The Data Hub is a comprehensive database of personal information being established by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement the federally facilitated health insurance exchanges.

The potential for abuse is enormous. The massive, centralized database will include comprehensive personal information such as income and financial data, family size, citizenship and immigration status, incarceration status, social security numbers, and private health information. It will compile dossiers based on information obtained from the IRS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, the Veterans Administration, the Office of Personnel Management, the Social Security Administration, state Medicaid databases, and for some reason the Peace Corps.

The Data Hub will provide web-based, one-stop shopping for prying into people’s personal affairs.

Senator Frank Church – who chaired the famous “Church Committee” into the unlawful FBI Cointel program, and who chaired the Senate Foreign Relations Committee – said in 1975:

“Th[e National Security Agency's] capability at any time could be turned around on the American people, and no American would have any privacy left, such is the capability to monitor everything: telephone conversations, telegrams, it doesn’t matter. There would be no place to hide. [If a dictator ever took over, the N.S.A.] could enable it to impose total tyranny, and there would be no way to fight back.“

Now, the NSA is building a $2 billion dollar facility in Utah which will use the world’s most powerful supercomputer to monitor virtually all phone calls, emails, internet usage, purchases and rentals, break all encryption, and then store everyone’s data permanently.

The former head of the program for the NSA , William Binney , recently held his thumb and forefinger close together, and said :

“We are, like, that far from a turnkey totalitarian state,” he says.

William Binney was a senior NSA crypto-mathematician largely responsible for automating the agency’s worldwide eavesdropping network. The 68-year-old spent nearly four decades breaking codes and finding new ways to channel billions of private phone calls and email messages from around the world into the NSA’s bulging databases

So Senator Church’s warning was prophetic.

So who stands to gain by this massive intrusion into our private lives ?

In 1933 the United States went into Chapter 11 restructuring, hence bankruptcy. Chapter 11 is a form of bankruptcy designed for corporations, not governments. When this bankruptcy took place the American Constitutional Republic was dissolved and replaced with a corporate democracy

Our elected representatives became the trustees and the international banksters became the receivers. And of course like every bankruptcy the matter had to be sanctioned through a court, the United Nations Court in fact.

There is just one little problem. The United Nations didn’t exist in 1933. This bankruptcy, which can be considered nothing more than an international coup within the United States, was and is a complete fraud, perpetrated by the same international gangsters that accomplished the creation of the unconstitutional Federal Reserve.

The industrial scale of US and UK government-backed internet surveillance has sent shock waves around the world. American whistle blower Edward Snowden revealed that the US National Security Agency (NSA) not only targeted universities in Hong Kong but also the mobile phone messaging of millions of mainland Chinese citizens.

Recent reports by the German magazine Der Spiegel suggest that the NSA also spied on key institutions of the European Union and logged the meta data of more than half a billion telephone calls, emails and SMS in Germany every month. The leaks by Edward Snowden also revealed that NSA and the British GCHQ have granted each other access to such intelligence findings.

Supposedly liberal democracies such as the United States and the United Kingdom thus have engaged in covert cyberspace operations, actions which were previously assumed to be the hallmark of autocratic regimes.

British government officials have downplayed the extent of intrusion into the private lives of citizens around the world. While on 9 June MP William Hague claimed that “If you have nothing to hide, you’ve nothing to fear”, the British Ministry of Defense issued a D notice on 17 June to British media organizations, which were supposed to refrain from reports on the spying programs which could potentially “jeopardize national security”.

The British government’s D notice closely resembles the way censorship instructions are being communicated in China. The Guardian reported that the D notice “was marked ‘private and confidential: not for publication, broadcast or use on social media’” and would not have been noticed by the general public if it had not been posted on an independent blog. In China, censorship instructions likewise are being communicated in secret and only find their way to light thanks to leaks by courageous Chinese journalists, posted on independent websites such as China Digital Times at the University of Berkeley.

The NSA Upgrade

" By September 2004, a new NSA technique enabled the agency to find cellphones even when they were turned off "

Years later, the cranes and earthmovers around the National Security Agency are still at work, tearing up pavement and uprooting trees to make room for a larger workforce and more powerful computers. Already bigger than the Pentagon in square footage, the NSA’s footprint will grow by an additional 50 percent when construction is complete in a decade.

The nation’s technical spying agency has enlarged all its major domestic sites — in Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Texas and Utah — as well as those in Australia and Britain.

On the line with the SEAL was the drone operator and a “collector,” an NSA employee at the agency’s gigantic base at Fort Gordon in Augusta, Ga. The collector was controlling electronic surveillance equipment in the airspace over the part of Afghanistan where the CIA had zeroed in on one particular person. The SEAL pleaded with the collector to locate the cellphone in Afghanistan that matched the phone number that the SEAL had just given him, according to someone with knowledge of the incident who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue.

The CIA wanted the phone as a targeting beacon to kill its owner

"It's been an extraordinary day on Capitol Hill as insiders scramble to block the growing chorus of support for the Amash anti-surveillance amendment," said David Segal, the executive director of the progressive organisation Demand Progress, which supports Amash's amendment.

"It's appropriate: Just as the NSA's domestic spying apparatus is evidence of some of our leaders' fear of the American people, these extraordinary actions by the White House and the NSA evidence their fear that the will of Americans will be codified in the law tomorrow.

"They've been brought to this point because in the last 24 hours tens of thousands of Americans, organised by a broad coalition of progressive and conservative organisations – along with several web platforms – have called Congress to make it known that they will not stand for broad based domestic spying by our own government."

However the BBC DID report on the outcome of the NSA vote " In a 205-217 vote, lawmakers rejected an effort to restrict the National Security Agency's (NSA) ability to collect electronic information."

The result of this vote was widely expected as the Banks "frankly own the place"

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) has been battling the banks the last few weeks in an effort to get 60 votes lined up for bankruptcy reform. He's losing.

On Monday night in an interview with a radio host back home, he came to a stark conclusion: the banks own the Senate.

"And the banks -- hard to believe in a time when we're facing a banking crisis that many of the banks created -- are still the most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill. And they frankly own the place," he said on WJJG 1530 AM's "Mornings with Ray Hanania.

Next Steps : Lawsuits

An unlikely coalition of advocacy groups are taking the NSA to court, claiming the bulk surveillance it conducts on Americans phone records and their online habits is unconstitutional. One of them is aiming beyond the NSA itself, and at the companies the NSA partners with for much of that data.

The NSA's relationship with those companies is critical, since much of the telecommunications infrastructure of the United States is owned and operated by private firms.

While the lawsuits face significant obstacles, they stand a chance of splitting the financial and legal interests of the telecoms firms and and Internet Service Providers from those of the NSA – something that could restrict the surveillance efforts more than any legislation Congress is likely to pass.

"Without the companies' participation," said former NSA codebreaker William Binney, "it would reduce the collection capability of the NSA significantly."

The lawsuits, which take several different paths to blocking the bulk surveillance, are proliferating quickly.

When Dr Carroll Quigley wrote his scholarly , 1300 page book of dry history , it was not intended for the masses (Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in our Time - New York , Macmillan 1966 )

It was to be read by the intellectual elite and to that select readership he cautiously exposed one of the best kept secrets of all time - but unexpectedly it began to be quoted in the journals of the John Birch Society (http://www.jbs.org). On December 9 , 1975 Dr Carroll Quigley wrote in a personal letter :

" Thank you for your praise of Tragedy and Hope , a book which has brought me headaches as it apparently says something which powerful people do not want known ". To understand why "powerful people" would want to suppress this book , note carefully what follows. Dr Quigley describes the goal of a secret network of world financiers as follows :

" nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each Country and the economy of the World as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the Central Banks of the World acting in concert , by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences "

The elite believe that the "big decisions" are far too important to be left "to the people", and so most of the "international institutions" that have been established by the elite operate independently of the democratic process.
