Sleepy Joe and Kamala Hoe

If I call sleepy Joe, who appears to sign executive orders even when he doesn't know what he's signing, a dictator, most people will probably think I've completely lost it.
In the huge amount of Executive Orders Biden signed into law in his first week was the seemingly innocent sounding “Modernizing Regulatory Review".
The Order calls for the review process to become “a tool to affirmatively promote regulations” and “to ensure swift and effective federal action” on everything from the pandemic, to the economy, to racial inequality, to the “threat of climate change”.
Of course you could call it "modernizing", when it's really about expanding the powers of the "regulators" so the government gets the kind of powers like we've seen in the worst examples of dictatorships.
In other words, by this executive order the Biden administration gives regulators carte blanch to impose massive new rules, on health care, education, businesses and households. So control of just about anything and everything: https://archive.is/tlIHk
I really wouldn't dare call sleepy Joe a "dictator" if it wasn't for Biden himself, who has described his behaviour as that of a "dictator".
In his first week as President, Joe Biden has issued more executive orders than any of his 45 predecessors, a whopping 37 executive orders.
In October, on the campaign trail Joe Biden explained (almost without stuttering) that dictators rule by "executive order":
Following the storming of the U.S. Capitol last month, Twitter has banned more than 70,000 accounts, including Donald Trump's.
Last weekend founder and editor of the "far-right" Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoft, was permanently suspended from Twitter he violated Twitter's "civic integrity policy".
Also this weekend, conservative radio host Wayne Allyn Root was banned. His last tweets were about Kamala Harris and Hunter Biden.

Following lying Donald's lead, sleepy Joe has called for repealing section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996.
The result is that social media can be held accountable for what's posted on their sites, in order to complete censorship: https://archive.is/QzMCo

https://archive.is/zbsnrI have this strange notion, we are a democracy … if you can’t get the votes … you can’t [legislate] by executive order unless you’re a dictator. We’re a democracy. We need consensus.
