Understanding Socialism

Post by editor » Mon May 06, 2019 6:28 am

Socialism has become a hot topic in America. Our young people are deceived. I'm starting this topic heading as a place for posts which will help with understanding the truth about Socialism.

I'm going to kick it off with this excellent video by Bill Whittle, Understanding Socialism.

Absolutely! And what is with the Millennials (and Baby Boomers alike) jumping on this "Democratic Socialist" bandwagon as in "He's not really a socialist....he's a democratic socialist..." always said in that whiney "I have no idea what I'm talking about but you just have to believe me" voice...

A quote is attributed to Margaret Thatcher -

‘The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.’

Don't know whether she actually said it or not, but it is true.
