President Donald pardoned Steve Bannon in the final hours of his presidency, for being charged with plundering “hundreds of thousands of donors” from the cash for the private “We Build the Wall” initiative.
But while Donald pardoned Bannon for the federal charges, he has now been charged again for this act under state laws. I'm no lawyer, and simply don't know if the state charges have legal viability.

Brian Kolfage and Andrew Badolato have already pleaded guilty on 21 April 2022, with the trial for a third co-conspirator Timothy Shea still unfinished.

Geoffrey Berman appears to have been fired for investigating Trump cronies a little too serious...
Berman has prosecuted or brought charges against: 1) Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen; 2) Rudy Giuliani associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman. Berman also investigated Giuliani himself.
Berman's office also brought charges against Michael Avenatti, the lawyer who is best known for representing porn actress Stormy Daniels but has also advised the notorious Clare Bronfman.

It was also Geoffrey Berman, who charged Trump’s paedophile buddy Jeffrey Epstein, who was then arrested and died in prison of a supposed suicide under the responsibility of AG William Barr.
Maybe the most damaging is that Berman continued the investigation after Epstein was suicide and declared that Epstein’s close friend Prince Andrew had “provided zero co-operation” in his investigation (despite promising to do so). His office even formally requested that the US Department of Justice would ask the British Home Office so Randy Andy could be questioned as a witness

Former US attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman has complained in his memoirs that he faced "immense backlash" and "pressure" from Trump's Department of Justice for prosecuting of Trump's personal Chabad-Lubavitch lawyer Michael Cohen.
Attorney General William Barr tried to undo Cohen's conviction on campaign finance charges and block investigations into (other) Trump allies.

Berman also claims that Trump's DOJ pressured prosecutors to investigate John Kerry, and former Obama White House counsel Greg Craig.

Not so long ago, there seemed to be some sort of media hysteria over the transfer of soccer star Neymar from Santos to Barcelona, with the Brazilian investment company DIS complaining that while they were entitled to 40% of Neymar’s player rights, they only received 40% of the 17 million euros ($16.5 million) that was publicly announced as the transfer sum, but the real fee was some 82 million euros ($79.7 million).

In most of these stories, once again the most interesting information is missing. This looks like a case of money laundering and/or tax evasion.

The Arif family controls Doyen Sports owns a stake in international superstars like David Beckham, Usain Bolt and Neymar (in 2014, so since his transfer to Barcelona). Doyen gets a percentage of the transfer sums.

Steve Bannon has been sentenced to 4 months in prison and a $6,500 fine for defying a subpoena.
Bannon will remain free, until the appeal procedure is finished. Bannon will try to defend himself by former president Trump "orders" to not testify, and being advised against testifying by his attorney.

I'm no lawyer, and I don't get it. In short as president, Trump was immune from prosecution, which means that all of the hysteria over what he said after the November 2020 election, while still president, doesn't really matter.
But after he was ordered by subpoena to testify for the Capitol riot commission, he had the legal obligation. And Trump (sort of like Steve Bannon and Alex Jones) has ignored this order.

So now he could be sentenced to a punishment, like Bannon, including months (or even years) in prison.

Michael Avenatti, today, was sentenced to another 14 years in prison for stealing millions of dollars from 4 clients. He was also ordered to pay more than $7 million to his victims. Avenatti stole money from his clients after settling cases for millions of dollars.

I'm no lawyer, but as I understand it a US president is immune from prosecution from most criminal charges. Furthermore I doubt that he could be found guilty of inciting the 6 January 2021 Capitol riot.
Other than that I think he could easily be sentenced to jail for refusing to appear for the Congress committee after a subpoena.

It could very well be that the Trump-Kushner crime syndicate is even more desparate for cash than before the plandemic was started (that was started with the help of lying Donald). So that's probably why he announced his candacy for president so early (hoping to get the donations coming), and now sell Trump Digital Trading Cards (this looks kind of like "cryptocurrency" to me), 45,000 units sold for $99 each (nearly $4.5 million in total).
Trump's NFT cards have been widely ridiculed, most making fun of the promotional video or the childish cards themselves (I think that Trump as superhero is a bit too much). The buyers could also win prizes, like dinner at the same table as Donald. It isn't clear how much Trump made from the deal.

These cards could be seen as a fraud, but there are some more interesting details of the scam.
It was quickly reported that the Trumpcards sold out in 2 hours, and the price was booming (with the cheapest $1000 a card). Then the cards prices began fluctuating to around $$466 a card on average (really?).

In 10 of the previous 15 years, “billionaire” Trump paid no (0) income taxes, and in 2016 and 2017 Trump paid only a combined $1500.

In 2010, Donald claimed and received an income tax refund totalling $72.9 million (the federal income tax he had paid for 2005 to 2008). That was with the help of legislation entered by President Obama.
Then from 2011 to 2014, “billionaire” Donald paid no federal taxes at all (0).

While I thought that Donald's newly released taxes wouldn't be interesting, there is (once again) some indication that Donald is guilty of fraud.

In 2017, Trump claimed: exactly $18,000 in interest on a loan to his daughter Ivanka Trump; $8,715 in interest from his son Donald Trump, Jr.; and exactly $24,000 from his son Eric Trump.
Interest in these round numbers seems an example of fraud, as this is very improbable.

Also in 2017, Trump claimed $42,965 in profit for his personal helicopter business DJT Aerospace LLC, while claiming the exact same amount ($42,965) in expenses.
This left the company with exactly zero income, which "is a statistical impossibility”.

It isn't really a secret that the Trump organization was operating all over the world, but it seems odd from a politician whose whole act is "America first".

What's a conlict of interest?
The law firm Sullivan & Cromwell was selected to lead the FTX bankruptcy proceedings. Sullivan & Cromwell was paid a cool more than $8.5 million from July 2021 to November 2022 for legal work for FTX on top of a “retainer in the amount of $12 million” from the parent of FTX US. So now they get rewarded for the alleged FTX corruption, for which they are in part to blame.
On top of that, both General Counsel of FTX US Ryne Miller and FTX Ventures General Counsel Tim Wilson were formerly partners at Sullivan & Cromwell.

That's not even counting that Sullivan & Cromwell represents several crypto competitors of FTX that have an interest in how the bankruptcy is handled - BlockFi, Coinbase, Gemini, and Kracken.
And in a strange twist, BlockFi has filed a lawsuit (with the help of Sullivan & Cromwell?) that approximately $440 million of shares in Robinhood belong to it as collateral for loans it made to FTX. While the Sullivan & Cromwell bankruptcy team for FTX is arguing that the Robinhood shares belong to FTX's subsidiairy Alameda Research.
