I have become aware of the Right to travel v. the Drivers License. There are many papers written on the subject, including the Constitution of the United States, a contract, in writing, between The People and the Government, and The United State Supreme Court and ruling on the subject. I have been informed that if I do not give up my Right to Travel and get a Drivers License, pay a fee for it, The Auto Insurance I paid for is void in the case of an auto collision, even if is not my fault.

I am not sure of this information. I do not like this fear tactic by the State and the insurance company.

The insurance company is limited to the terms of the contract, which most likely say only licensed drivers are covered. You can try to change the terms of the contract, but they are under no obligation to accept your new terms.
