can any one tell me if the brief in support of notice for dismissal for lack of jurisdiction has been used successfully, if so where and when , I have a court appearance on Monday 8/3 /15 in Oregon , I want to know if there are any issues I should be aware of filing motion and brief , I have not had a valid odl since 1984 , , I am here to tell you that if you are not able to transport your self, everything becomes out of reach, I have I have exercised my right to travel and have been persecuted for it ,I am fed up with color of law , and the frauds that have been done on to me and others , I have not had a dui in over 20 years , I am not a hazard or a threat to others , this not a victimless crime , I am the victim , and where the crime has been done upon me .

I'm not sure what brief you are speaking of. I've heard of limited success using the tactics explained by Eddie Craig.

Don't know of anyone who personally succeeded with this tactic.

Courts of equity do not have to follow any precedent. They may, if it is in the State's best interest, but it is at their whim.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Thank you for your years of sticking to your beliefs and not folding. It is a rough road. I know.
