There are lots of rumours that Russians interfered with the US Presidential elections, but there is no real mystery on who rigged the elections.
SCL (the parent company of Cambridge Analytica) has specialised in behaviour modifying strategies including election rigging. Besides the Trump campaign, SCL has worked for Ted Cruz and successfully made Brexit happen.
SCL has been supported by amongst others Robert Mercer, Steve Bannon, Rex Tillerson, and Michael Flynn. SCL is headquartered in London, England (so not Russia).

In 2004, Strategic Communication Laboratories Ltd. Orchestrated the Orange Revolution in the Ukraine, which used internet to make it happen.

It was Cambridge Analytica that made Brexit happen and, together with WikiLeaks, got President Trump crowned as president.
In one of those strange coincidences, Julian Assange effectively headquarters WikiLeaks from the Ecuadorian embassy, just a few miles away from Cambridge Analytica’s head office (in London).

Just before the US election in November 2016, Alexander Nix (CEO of Cambridge Analytica) contacted Julian Assange to ask him if he wanted some “help” with WikiLeaks’s stolen emails.

In some more strange coincidences, Nigel Farage, who led the Brexit campaign, is friends with Steve Bannon and Robert Mercer (Mercer is financier of Cambridge Analytica, part of the SCL Group). Steve Bannon was part of Donald Trump’s team, is leading propaganda network Breitbart and was working with Cambridge Analytica.
Farage subsequently visited Donald Trump, Assange, and then Dana Rohrabacher. Rohrabacher is described in the US press as “Putin’s favourite congressman”.

By common consensus, Cambridge Analytica is owned by Robert Mercer, but in reality Cambridge is “the US subsidiary of SCL Group” in which the British Iranian multimillionaire Vincent Tchenguiz is the largest shareholder.
The parent company of Cambridge Analytica – SCL Group – was also behind the successful Brexit campaign.
Cambridge Analytica worked on Ted Cruz’s campaign before it was hired to work their magic on the Trump campaign.

Cambridge Analytica is entirely owned by SCL Elections, owned by executive Alexander Nix. From shortly after its inception in 2005 until June 2015, the largest of the 15 shareholders of the UK Strategic Communications Laboratories Ltd. (in 2015 renamed to SCL Group) was Tchenguiz.
On 11 November 2006, a new director was appointed by Tchenguiz’ — Julian David Wheatland. Even today, a year after Tchenguiz divested his shares, SCL Group Chairman is still Tchenguiz’s employee Julian Wheatland.

Vincent Tchenguiz also has connections to Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash.
Tchenguiz used the same Guernsey holding company, Wheddon Ltd., to invest both in SCL Group and another privately held UK business - Zander Group Ltd.
In 2005-2006, Tchenguiz invested in Zander through his Vantania Holdings Ltd.; on 11 September 2015, Vantania transferred its shares to Wheddon Ltd.
From 2006 until 2011, the largest single shareholding in Zander Group, 28% of the shares, was owned by a Cyprus company called Spadi Trading. And Spadi was owned by Group DF, in the British Virgin Islands, of the Ukrainian money launderer Dmitry Firtash. It’s improbable that Tchenguiz wouldn’t know, as Zander Group’s chairman, is Raymond Asquith, an English peer who is also an executive of Group DF.

In March 2011, the brothers Tchenguiz were arrested as they were suspected to be guilty of a bankruptcy fraud involving the Icelandic bank Kaupthing. Just before its collapse, Kaupthing’s loans to the Tchenguiz brothers totalled 40% of its capital. It has been charged that Kaupthing was effectively looted by the Tchenguiz brothers (who controlled the bank). The Tchenguiz brothers were acquitted as in our Brave New World the legal system protects the big criminals.
Kaupthing’s largest shareholder, Meidur (now called Exista), owned 25% of its shares, had ties to Alfa Bank.

The SCL Group landed its first major deal in 1999, with the goal of enhancing the reputation of then-Indonesian president Abdurrahman Wahid. SCL set out to influence behavior
conversations that Jared Kushner and Michael Flynn had with Sberbank, the sanctioned parent company of SVB Bank, were intercepted.

Flynn became vice chairman of GreenZone Systems, headed by Bijan Kian, and funded by the Minneapolis-based NJK Holding Corporation. NJK is led by Nasser Kazeminy.
Flynn was forced to disclose that he received $140,000 from NJK. NJK said Flynn “played an advisory role to NJK Holding relative to its investment interests in security”.

Michael Flynn was also forced to disclose his link to Cambridge Analytica, where Steve Bannon was a vice-president before he joined Trump’s team.
Just before the end of the campaign, Flynn became a paid consultant to the SCL Group, the British parent company of Cambridge Analytica, the data mining firm that worked on Trump’s campaign. One of Cambridge’s financiers is hedge fund magnate Robert L. Mercer.
Not many media outlets have mentioned how Great Britain and Australian born Rupert Murdoch manipulated the presidential election in the USA...

In the 1920s, the nephew of Sigmund Freud, Edward Bernays, was one of the pivotal figures who helped to develop the concept of manipulated “democracy”. Bernays has been called the father of modern-day public relations.
Bernays developed a strategy to manipulate the gullible public by subliminal messages that tap into the unconscious of repressed animal instincts. Bernays proposed similar techniques to manipulate the elecctorate, using the mass media to manipulate populations.
Bernays’ clients included some of the largest US corporations.

The main difference today is that the the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) developed internet has made manipulating techniques more efficient…
DARPA has been experimenting on the internet to study influence behaviour.

SCL has worked in more than 60 countries including Afghanistan, Libya, Ukraine and Pakistan. It specialises in “election management strategies” and “messaging and information operations”.

Deutsche Bank helped US clients to report approximately $29.3 billion in bogus transactions on their tax returns. This allowed them to evade approximately $5.9 billion in income taxes. Deutsche Bank also sold “basket options” which allowed clients to evade taxes.
Between 2000 and 2012, Renaissance Technology (RenTec) purchased 29 basket options with a notional value of $46 billion and profits totalling $15.9 billion. The co-CEO of RenTec, billionaire Robert Mercer, contributed over $20 million to Republican candidates during the 2016 election campaign (and was one of the biggest supporters to Trump’s campaign). Robert Mercer also funded Breitbart and the SCL Group.
In 2016, Dmitry Firtash was a board member of SCL when Mike Flynn was a paid consultant. Cambridge Analytica employed Steve Bannon and Kellyanne Conway.

The Global Laundromat involved Commercial Bank of San Francisco (associated with Boris Avramovich Goldstein and Irakaly “Ike” Kaveladze) and Bank of New York (associated with Bruce Rappaport and Peter Berlin).

US Attorney Preet Bharara investigated (amongst others) several cases against Deutsche Bank.
After Bharara was fired, on 3 January 2018 Geoffrey Berman was appointed Interim US Attorney for the SDNY. Berman was a partner at the law firm that employed Rudy Giuliani.

Earlier in 2018, the Trump administration awarded Cambridge Analytica’s parent company, London-based SCL Group Ltd, with the contract for the US State Department’s “Global Engagement Center”.
SCL Group will use its psychological profiling and data manipulation techniques as part of a “counter-radicalization” campaign directed at young men in other countries who could be radicalised into joining ISIS…
Since Congress has eliminated barriers between access to data profiles of foreign nationals and US citizens, it is likely that Cambridge Analytica and the SCL Group will have access to personal data of both Americans and non-Americans.

Trump’s chief strategist Steve Bannon, formerly of Mercer-owned media outlet — Breitbart News —joined the Board of Cambridge Analytica. Trump Advisor Kellyanne Conway also has close ties to Robert Mercer.

Cambridge Analytica had the ability to micro-target Facebook users. They could reach into the exact zip codes and precincts for the Trump Campaign.
Literally within hours of the WikiLeaks dumbs that started on 22 July 2016, the Trump Campaign was sending micro-targeted messages to Facebook, Twitter and other social media accounts. It is unlikely that Cambridge Analytica could be able to analyse this mass of data and pick out “smoking gun” segments for transmission to potential Trump voters so quickly without advance knowledge.
Cambridge Analytica and SCL have financial ties to Alfa Bank, and there could also be a role for Trump advisor Richard Burt, who sat on Alfa’s senior advisory board.
Maybe the communication between the Trump organization server, Spectrum Health and Alfa Bank was to transmit the coming WikiLeaks dump and/or hacked voting records to target individual voters.

In early 2017, during the transition period and after Trump’s inauguration, Cambridge Analytica had a series of meetings with Trump and his team.
The subject was how Cambridge Analytica could continue “managing public opinion” regarding the policies of the Trump Administration. At the same time, Cambridge Analytica discussed with the Trump Administration on how to promote the real estate “products” of the Trump Organization.

Maybe somebody will agree with me that it’s suspicious that FBI Director James Comey send his “October Surprise” letter to Congress about “reopening” the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Whistleblower Christopher Wylie claims to have created “Steve Bannon’s psychological warfare mindfuck tool”.

Wylie has evidence - receipts, invoices, emails, legal letters – that between June and August 2014, he got a hand on the profiles of more than 50 million Facebook users. He even has a letter from Facebook’s lawyers admitting that Cambridge Analytica had acquired the data illegitimately.

Wylie has a copy of a 4 June 2014 contract, between SCL and Global Science Research (GSR), owned by Cambridge-based Aleksandr Kogan. Cambridge Analytica spent $7 million for the Facebook data. Kogan’s app, thisismydigitallife, gave him permission to access not only the Facebook profiles of the people that accepted the terms and conditions, but also of their friends.
Some 320,000 Facebook users in total gave permission, which also gave them access to more than 50 million of their “friends”.
Wylie explains that:

Facebook could see it was happening. Their security protocols were triggered because Kogan’s apps were pulling this enormous amount of data, but apparently Kogan told them it was for academic use. So they were like, ‘Fine’.

Both Facebook and SCL strongly denied the allegations by Wylie…

Starting in 2007, David Stillwell, devised various Facebook apps, including a personality quiz myPersonality. This was used to measure personality traits across the population and was used to analyse against Facebook “likes”, which Wylie explains:

The company has created psychological profiles of 230 million Americans. And now they want to work with the Pentagon? It’s like Nixon on steroids.

Wylie met Steve Bannon, Robert Mercer (co-CEO of Renaissance Technologies) and his daughter Rebekah.
SCL “reached out” to WikiLeaks to “help” distribute Hillary Clinton’s emails in 2016.

SCL group has been contracted by the UK’s Ministry of Defence and the US’s Department of Defense. Its expertise is in psychological operations (psyops) – changing people’s minds through “informational dominance”, a set of techniques including rumour, disinformation and fake news.
Wylie explains:

It’s like dirty MI6 because you’re not constrained. There’s no having to go to a judge to apply for permission. It’s normal for a ‘market research company’ to amass data on domestic populations. And if you’re working in some country and there’s an auxiliary benefit to a current client with aligned interests, well that’s just a bonus.

Wylie also explains that he once gave a presentation with Cambridge Analytica CEO is Alexander Nix for Russian giant oil and gas company Lukoil, whose CEO is a former Soviet oil minister and associate of Putin, Vagit Alekperov.
Their presentation was really about behavioural microtargeting in the context of elections. Wylie says:

It didn’t make any sense to me. I didn’t understand either the email or the pitch presentation we did. Why would a Russian oil company want to target information on American voters?

Whistleblower Chris Wylie was banned Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram in retaliation for telling the world about the SCL Group.

Cambridge Analytica claims on its website:

Alexander Nix was suspended from his role as chief executive of Cambridge Analytica for what he said on camera.

Nix made it clear that Cambridge Analytica can provide services like using sex workers as honey traps. Nix explained they can "send some girls around to the candidate's house" and that Ukrainians are effective because they, "are very beautiful, I find that works very well" and then leak the video.
Nix explained another method:

We'll offer a large amount of money to the candidate, to finance his campaign in exchange for land for instance, we'll have the whole thing recorded, we'll blank out the face of our guy and we post it on the internet.

Turnbull told that SCL "has relationships and partnerships with specialist organizations" who do "intelligence gathering" on political opponents using "people who used to work for MI5, MI6".

Cambridge Analytica bragged about its part in making Donald Trump president and creating the “crooked Hillary”. Nix said:

The company did all the research, all the data, all the analytics, all the targeting.

Alexander Nix also boasted that he met the US President many times.

The Cambridge Analytica executives bragged that their campaign of dirty tricks is so successful because “it’s unattributable, untrackable”.
Mark Turnbull explained to use “proxies”, including charities to send out negative material on its rival:

Sometimes you can use proxy organisations who are already there. You feed them.
They are civil society organisations ... charities or activist groups, and we use them, feed them the material and they do the work.

The SCL Group used a proxy to offer St Kitts leader of the opposition Lindsay Grant a bribe of £1million during the 2010 elections.
They secretly filmed Grant accepting the bribe, and they put it online days before the election.

The SCL Group has offices in London, New York, Washington, Brazil and Malaysia.

In one of those strange coincidences, Twitter sold data to the same Aleksandr Kogan (GSR) that sold millions of Facebook users' private data to the SCL Group, without their consent. According to Twitter, GSR accessed tweets in the five-month period from December 2014 to April 2015.
The Sunday Telegraph reported that data sales make up 13% of Twitter's total revenue.

But don’t worry: both Kogan and Twitter denied violating any laws.

Roger Stone, a long-time unofficial adviser to Donald Trump, has confirmed that he was briefed in advance about the leaked Democratic emails by an American libertarian who was in contact with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Stone told the Daily Caller:

I’ve admitted I’ve been in communication with Assange through an intermediary.
They don’t tell me what they’re going to release.

The chairman of The New York Times is Arthur Sulzberger Jr., a member of the CFR and the grandson of Arthur Hays Sulzberger who was a trustee for the Rockefeller Foundation.

On 17 January 2011, Julian Assange held a press conference at The Frontline Club. On October 25 and July 27, Assange was a speaker at Frontline Trust. After a time in “real” prison, Assange was “imprisoned” in a mansion of Vaughan Smith, the owner of Frontline Trust.
Frontline is funded by Rothschild agent George Soros’ Open Society Institute.

Jemima Khan (nee Goldsmith) posted 20 000 pounds ($32 000) for the bail of Julian Assange. She’s genetically related to the Rothschilds. Jemima Khan’s father, the late James Goldsmith, was a cousin to the Rothschilds.

When I ask “conspiracy theorists” about Brexit they loudly proclaim victory. When I ask them what they’ve won, they don’t have a clue.

In the Netherlands the media often use the EU to divert the blame from the Dutch politicians. The only influence of the EU I noticed, is the Euro and a higher inflation.
In the Netherlands a landslide voted against the EU/Ukraine association agreement in “referendum”, with 61% against 39%.
King Willem-Alexander went ahead as if nothing happened because he has no reason at all to respect his subjects.

I did an internet search on “NWO Brexit”; I didn’t find single story on Cambridge Analytica, SCL Group…
I see lots of stories in which it’s claimed that the NWO tries to sabotage Brexit.

The plan “Outline of (the) Post-War New World Map” was published in Philadelphia in early 1942, created by Maurice Gomberg, shows a proposal to re-arrange the world after an Allied victory against the Axis forces. It was probably designed before Pearl Harbor; a copy was received by the Library of Congress on 25 February 1942 - EDIT "new" picture.


Note that the British Commonwealth of Nations (BCN) - Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and most of Indonesia - are separate from the United States of Europe (USE) - Benelux, the German Rhineland, France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
This makes it more likely that the NWO wanted Britain out of the EU…

A recent example of our media to make us afraid that the NWO will sabotage Brexit includes one of the most hated men in the world – George Soros.
The Daily Mail newspaper claims there is a £5.6 million plan to thwart Brexit, Best for Britain, funded by George Soros.

More than a year ago, it was claimed that “highly reliable sources” show that the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division increasingly focuses on the connection between Russia’s cyber-disinformation efforts and Cambridge Analytica.
Cambridge Analytica, which is partly owned by billionaire and Trump-backer Robert Mercer, once boasted that it had Steve Bannon, Michael Flynn and other key members of the Trump team on its Board of Directors or Advisory Board. Bannon received a six-figure “consulting fee”.

Mercer invested at least $10 million in Cambridge Analytica because he was impressed with its work for his friend, Tea Party sympathiser L. Brent Bozell III. Mercer was also a friend of the British Brexit leader Nigel Farage.
Trump chief strategist Steve Bannon, worked for the Mercer-owned media outlet — Breitbart News. Trump Advisor Kellyanne Conway also has close ties to Mercer.
Paul Manafort’s important client, billionaire Dmitry Firtash (with close ties to Gazprom), owned a major stake in SCL.

One of the connections between the Russians, WikiLeaks, Cambridge Analytica and the Trump Campaign was through Russia’s Alfa Bank. The SCL Group has financial ties to Alfa Bank, and Trump advisor Richard Burt, sat on Alfa’s advisory board.

In a lucky (or unlucky?) circumstance, on 6 September congressman Jair Bolsonaro reportedly was stabbed during a campaign rally for which he had to be operated and spend more than a week in hospital.

Bolsonaro's son, Flavio Bolsonaro, initially tweeted that the injury was superficial and his father was fine. However, an hour later he posted that the wound was "worse than we thought". His son also claimed that Bolsonaro suffered severe blood loss and arrived at the hospital "almost dead".

Firms that manipulate elections (like SCL) actually pay people for the information they have collected on the electorate.

In Latin America internet access is (almost) limited to: WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Google Maps and Facebook Messenger. WhatsApp also plays a major role in Brazilian politics, with around 120 million users in Brazil it’s one of the main sources of information.
Brazil doesn’t have a general data protection law and the buying and selling of databases is done almost without restrictions.

CEO of Ponte Estratégia, André Torreta, explained that WhatsApp is the most influential network in the 2018 elections in Brazil. Ponte Estratégia can send up to 10 messages a day via WhatsApp – first by identifying target audiences through surveys, and then by assembling a database of phone numbers to transmit messages.
Favourite presidential candidate Jair Bolsonaro has used WhatsApp messages more actively than other candidate.

Psychometric profiling is the process by which your actions are used to determine your personality. The most common model used is the OCEAN model, named for the 5 main personality traits: Openness, Contentiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism.
These profiles give advertisers, political strategists and employers insights into users’ beliefs, behaviours and motivations. By appealing to these underlying traits on an individual or group level, psychometrically-informed advertisements are more persuasive.

When they know the average personality of a group of internet users (for example a Whatsapp Group) they can customise the messages to manipulate the group as a whole. With internet search engines that (don’t) find information depending on your location this strategy could be used internet wide in the not too distant future.

The mission following the August airstrikes on Gaza asked users to “take action for Israel” by liking comments on the Facebook pages of 24 international news outlets so that they become the top comments, “the first ones that readers see!”.


After a user posted similar comments on the Facebook pages of CNN International, Canada’s Global News, Iran’s PressTV, and Nigeria’s Channels Television; Act.IL online trolls made hers among the most-liked comments on all 5 news organisations’ Facebook posts.
Nancy Saada got the top comment on the New York Times page and several others. Several of these comments are from current employees of Act.IL, paid astroturfers.

After Lana Del Rey said she would perform in Israel despite objections from Palestinian activists, Act.IL users supported her online. When about a month later she cancelled the performance, a new mission encouraged Act.IL users to like a Facebook comment that expressed disappointment that the performance had been politicised.

In July, after the Israeli parliament passed the racist “nation state” law, Palestinian-American student Hamzeh Daoud, posted an angry Facebook status in which he physically threatened Zionists who praised Israel. The economics adviser that is pushing for the kind of privatisation that was pushed in the 1990s by Milton Friedman and politicians like Bill Clinton and Tony Blair is one Paulo Guedes, who is expected to become Bolsonaro’s finance minister.
Since Guedes is chief economics adviser to Bolsonaro he’s backed by “Brazil’s” financial elite (like Goldman Sachs’ Steve Bannon).

Guedes was a professor in Chile in the 1980s.

In the past 4 years, Brazilian investigators have discovered a huge amount of political corruption schemes, during the Workers Party’s governments from 2003 to 2016 and involving several political parties. This has greatly boosted Bolsonaro’s popularity as he has repeatedly promised to make an end to corruption (never mind that politicians never keep their promises...).

After the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper reported that Paulo Guedes mismanaged 1 billion reals ($267 million) that public pension funds put in his investment vehicles starting in 2009; on 10 October it was announced that Guedes is under investigation in a corruption probe.
The president of Bolsonaro’s party, Gustavo Bebbiano, said Guedes continued firmly in position as the candidate’s economic guru.
Guedes’ attorney denied any wrongdoing and said the investments in question had yielded returns above contractually established targets.

Guedes launched 2 funds in 2009, HSM Educacional and HSM do Brasil, which received 1 billion reals in 6 years from the state-run companies. HSM said that Guedes left its board in October 2014 and had never been a controlling partner.

Rick Gates, then Trump’s deputy campaign manager, negotiated with Psy-Group in 2016 on creating fake online personas to sway some 5,000 delegates to the 2016 Republican National Convention by attacking Ted Cruz — Trump’s main opponent for the Republican nomination.
Psy-Group is an Israeli private intelligence firm with links to: Cambridge Analytica (SCL Group), the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), and a Russian billionaire.

A second proposal outlined how Trump’s team could use “intelligence” about Hillary Clinton and people close to her to win the election.
The proposals were so controversial that they used codenames for “Project Rome” — Trump was “Lion”, Clinton was “Forest”, and Cruz was “Bear”.

Three months before the election, Psy-Group owner Joel Zamel met Donald Trump Jr., Erik Prince and Saudi emissary George Nader, where they discussed deploying “thousands of fake social media accounts to promote Mr. Trump’s candidacy on platforms like Facebook”.
There is no direct evidence that Gates or the Trump campaign actually used the Psy-Group.

Psy-Group posted job descriptions in 2016 for American-English speakers with political science backgrounds, which makes it more probable that they did work on the Trump campaign.

Jared Kushner has boasted about his role in Donald Trump’s presidential campaign:

We basically had to build a $400 million operation with 1,500 people operating in 50 states, in five months.
We brought in Cambridge Analytica.

Cambridge Analytica reportedly received $5.9 million from the Trump campaign between July 29 and December 12, 2016.

It remains unclear whether Zamel’s proposal was ever executed, but after the election, Nader paid Zamel up to $2 million for reasons unknown.

On 14 December 2016 (after the election), Cambridge Analytica and Psy-Group signed a mutual non-disclosure agreement. It has not been disclosed what they worked on together.

Black Cube’s founder and former honorary board president was the late Mossad chief Meir Dagan.
Black Cube — which calls itself a “private intelligence agency” and employs former members of Mossad and other Israeli intelligence units — has denied any links to Cambridge Analytica.
Black Cube has been named as working for Harvey Weinstein to discredit all the women that accused him of sexual abuse.

Cambridge Analytica’s former research director Christopher Wylie has claimed that Black Cube worked with them in Nigeria.
But he has later retracted these allegations.

Iranian-born British citizen Vincent Tchenguiz was the largest shareholder in the parent company of Cambridge Analytica, SCL Group, from 2005 to 2015.
In 2014 and 2015, SCL Group held meetings with Lukoil, Russia’s second-largest oil company.

In 2010, Tchenguiz met Dan Zorella, at the time an employee of a business intelligence firm called Businessscope. Businessscope was founded in May 2010; Tchenguiz held a 17% stake in Businessscope.

Tchenguiz also played a prominent role in founding the controversial Israeli business intelligence company Black Cube in 2011 with Zorella, including funding. Tchenguiz also made his London office available for the nominal monthly rent of one British pound.
From December 2011 until December 2012, Black Cube reported weekly to Tchenguiz.

It’s interesting that the companies - that manipulate, swing voters – are all tied together (can somebody find the ties to the Democrats?) represent several politicians. Their influence becomes even larger with a world-wide control of elections…

I’ve found a story on the bizarre amount of similar companies like SCL, Cambridge Analytica that are all connected.

Before Cambridge Analytica (the best known subsidiary of the SCL Group) worked on Donald Trump’s campaign it was working “for” his most important adversary Ted Cruz…
Cambridge Analytica also worked for John Bolton (these days Trump’s National Security Adviser).
Cambridge Analytica was paid more than $18 million in the 2016 presidential election, including $5,805,551 from Ted Cruz, $5,912,500 from Make America Number 1, which supported “both” Cruz and Trump, and (only) $3,812,546 from the Donald J Trump For President PAC.

The majority of the majority of funds during the Trump campaign was not paid to Cambridge Analytica but to Giles Parscale — a whopping $93 million. FEC reporting does not require Giles Parscale to disclose where these funds were spent.
Giles Parscale was founded by Brad Parscale and Jill Giles. Brad Parscale hired Eric Trump’s wife, Lara Trump, as senior political consultant. See Brad and Lara.


In January 2017, after Trump’s inauguration, several of his top campaign team members - Brad Parscale, Rick Gates, 2 campaign advisers to VP Mike Pence (Nick Ayers and Marty Obst), Katrina Pierson and Steve Bannon colleague David Bossie – started America First Policies to promote Trump’s agenda.
In August 2017, Brad Parscale sold his web marketing company to CloudCommerce for $9 million and received shares in the company and now sits on its board of directors.
In February 2018, Matt Oczkowski, former Head of Product at Cambridge Analytica, started Data Propria that is fully owned by CloudCommerce. At least 4 former Cambridge Analytica employees work for Data Propria.
In March 2018, Trump announced that Brad Parscale (the digital media director of his 2016 campaign) will run his 2020 campaign.

Vincent Harris (Harris Media) was a sub-contractor for Parscale. Harris has also worked for Rand Paul, Sarah Pail, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz, and the Likud Party in Israel.

In August 2017, Julian Wheatland and Alexander Nix created Emerdata Limited that raised $19 million in January 2018, the month that Ahmed Al Khatib, Cheng Peng, and Johnson Chun Shun Ko joined its board of directors. Chun Shun is a business partner of Erik Prince (the brother of Trump’s education secretary Betsy DeVos) in Frontier Services Group.
Rebekah and Jennifer Mercer, who are overseeing the US bankruptcy filings of Cambridge Analytica, joined the board of Emerdata in March 2018.

Kirsten Fontenrose worked at SCL when it obtained a $490,000 contract with the US State Department. In 2007, Fontenrose had worked for US-based military contractor Archimedes that hired SCL group for a surveillance operation in Yemen.
In March 2018, Fontenrose became Trump’s National Security Council senior director for Gulf Affairs.

In 2013, AggregateIQ was set up in Canada by Christopher Wylie’s former boss Jeff Silvester with Zack Massingham. Massingham’s phone number was listed on the website of SCL Canada.

In 2014, Alexander Kogan (who changed his name to Alexander Spectre), Joseph Chancellor and Alexander Slinger established Global Science Research Limited (GSR). GSM was hired the get the Facebook data to manipulate the 2016 presidential election by Cambridge Analytica.
In October 2017, Alexander Kogan/Spectre also created Philometrics.
In March 2018, Alexander Nix and Alexander Tayler established Firecrest Technologies Limited.

In 2014, Sam Patten worked at the Oregon office of SCL Group. In 2015, Patten and Konstantin Kilimnik created Begemot Ventures.
Kilimnik was Paul Manafort’s business associate and a suspected Russian intelligence agent, who was indicted by “special” cover-up artist Robert Mueller.

In May 2016, Tadas Jucikas and Brent Clickard, who worked with Christopher Wylie at SCL Elections, founded GeniusAI.

In October 2017, SCL Social Limited was hired by London-based PR firm Project Associates for approximately $330,000 for the UAE against Qatar media campaign.
Project Associates has other interesting clients, including Andrey Yakunin, the son of sanctioned Russian oligarch of Vladimir Yakunin (an associate of Putin who ran Russian Railways).

In August 2016, Erik Prince introduced Psy-Group founder Joel Zamel to Donald Trump Jr. at Trump Tower. George Nader, who had worked for Prince at Blackwater, attended the meeting with Stephen Miller. Nader said that “the princes who led Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates were eager to help his father [Donald Sr.] win election as president”.
Zamel was affiliated with an internet company based in the Philippines, WhiteKnight, which George Nader worked with.

Black Cube’s work for Harvey Weinstein was signed by lawyer David Boies. In 2012, Boies represented the former president of Blackwater, Gary Jackson.
The city of Almaty, Kazakhstan sued Mukhtar Ablyazov and Ilyas and Viktor Kharpunov - former business associates of the long-time friend of Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen, Felix Sater - for stealing billions of dollars from BTA Bank and Almaty. The Kharpunovs were represented by Black Cube.

West Face Capital alleged that business rival Catalyst Capital Group hired Psy-Group and Black Cube to defame West Face using shady methods.

In 2010, “crowdsourced consulting firm” (what is that?) Wikistrat was founded in Israel by Joel Zamel and Daniel Green. In 2015, the UAE hired Wikistrat to conduct war game scenarios on political movements in Yemen.
Michael Flynn corrected his financial disclosure form to include that he worked with SCL Group. Cambridge Analytica hired Josh Weerasinghe, who had previously worked with Flynn at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Joel Zamel asked former national security adviser Michael Flynn to be a member of Wikistrat’s advisory board. Zamel was introduced to Flynn by Bijan Kian.

In August 2016, Tim Newberry was chief executive of FIG Cyber (part of the Flynn Intel Group), who co-founded White Canvas and VizSense with Jon Iadonisi.
Iadonisi was also close to Flynn; they served together in Iraq, and Flynn Intel Group rented office space from White Canvas.
Jon Iadonisi was supposedly working on the Ekim Alptekin, Inovo BV contract for the Turkish government. Or was Ioadonisi really doing social media work on behalf of Trump?

The Trump campaign paid $200,000 for “data management services” to Colt Ventures, that invested in Iadonisi’s social media company VizSense. Colt Ventures was founded by Darren Blanton, an adviser on Trump’s transition.
Blanton frequently met Steve Bannon. Steve Bannon introduced Bruce Carter to Darren Blanton and Jon Iadonisi to help provide funding and social media support for his work in 3 areas, Florida, Philadelphia, and North Carolina.
