Interloper. Persons who interfere or intermeddle into business to which they have no right. Persons who enter a country or place to trade without license. One who meddles in affairs which are none of his business and for which he has no responsibility; an intruder; and intermeddler. Encroachment on rights of others.
Comprehending laws and contracts is impossible, unless we first learn the meaning of the words and phrases they contain.
