National Status Claims Office Site/page???

In my searches for what is going on I came across this interesting page about declaring Nationality. I find it interesting that the seal on this page has the automobile association on it. Hmm....then if you scroll down and click on a man/womans name with an affirmation and date, it takes you to an oath they took.

Anyone here seen this or can share any info about this?

This is one of the more creative attempts at reseating the original The United States of America that I have seen. Info at this link explains their structure:

While I can see why they did most of what they did, I don’t necessarily agree with all their methodology. They are trying to cross planes, using terms such as “American National” and “resident” that will be recognized by the U.S., but I don’t think the costumed guys on the side of the road will recognize them as anything but US citizens, or maybe “stateless persons”.
