ok well with the one car i guess i will just not transfer the title, and retain the bill of sale. but how about the other car? how do i revoke the state's title then?

thank you, notmartha. i do have a bill of sale. in Arizona, i've learned that the MSO (MCO is the more accurate term i believe, Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) is only obtainable when the property is purchased new from the manufacturer. if it is not obtained by the owner, it is sent to the MVD...
