Re: Question on Constitution

lis, I would encourage you to proceed carefully and prayerfully. If you are going to start 'coming out of her' I think one of the most important things to 'know who you are', 'what you are about' and 'Who you serve'. Have you read' Letters to Jessica'? I highly recommend it as it exposes many of the...

Re: Question on Constitution

I believe you can refer to the 'Original Organic' constitution if you want to. That entails overcoming a lot of presumptions (many of which are discussed on this forum) that the humbugs will always try to force with violence if need be, By presumptions I mean the 'legal fiction', 'residency/address'...

Re: Question on Constitution

You have to take a close look at the words ‘person’, ‘Citizen’, ‘United States’, … they don’t mean the same thing they did when the Constitution was written. The system of law today is defacto. The government is nothing more than a corporation that makes corporate laws (statutes and codes). It’s kind...

Re: Inheritance

I agree with leaving your estate to your children. Some things to consider: I also prefer Trusts to Wills. Common law trusts are simple contracts-- agreements between parties, to do certain things. You can convey your land and personal property (chattel) to yourself, as trustee for the benefit of y...

Re: Non-Statutory Abatements

Hi Thomas,
If you were going to serve an abatement today, would you basically go about (no changes) as instructed in the book of hundreds?

Re: I need help

Nick, If you got pulled the 18th that doesn’t leave you much time. When you bailed you gave jurisdiction. You probably gave it before that point. I would suggest you look at ticketslayer.com. I don’t know if you have time or if you can file for an extension but it would be a good beginning place for...

Re: Breaking the Bonds of Commerce & State

Scott: The line: "How do you get a bank to send mortgage statements to general delivery?" sounds like the opening line to a good joke. :-) I don't have a funny punchline. But I imagine that if a small, private bank has loaned you money which is severely under-collateralized, he will send statements...

Re: Breaking the Bonds of Commerce & State

Thomas, I don't have any debt. I thought maybe you had accomplished that from reading your posts. "Do these create another entity? Is the common Law trust a part of English common law or Christian common Law?" I'm sure they do create another entity. Some things are better than others. We are not to ...

Re: Breaking the Bonds of Commerce & State

“Mortgages and Land” Thomas, I have yet to know anyone that has beat the property tax yet. I did read a story about a guy that did what you’re talking about. If I recall a guy gave his son a few acres. The land owner called the county and told them he didn’t own the acreage anymore. They reduced his...
