Re: Privacy

I would question the integrity and motive of any one that would do this without asking permission.
And I am being very kind here.

Re: What's Your Name? The Legal Fiction

notmartha, “Can you please explain how you stopped the creation of the "legal fiction name" from the lawful Christian name. “ It would have to be rebutted. If you are truly 'standing' in your lawful Christian capacity, and someone is trying to make the 'presumption' that you are a legal fiction, the...

What's Your Name? The Legal Fiction

The purpose of this post is to hopefully get sound input from other people who have had experiences of the 'presumptions' that are immediately being fabricated at a stop (or in court), in order to further educate other men and women,as well as myself. Any time yo...

Re: Christian Jural Society News

I suppose I'm one of the badgerers.
But it was worth it and I really do appreciate the effort that it must of took to get all the letters in format and posted as well as the Book of Hundreds and numerous other articles on this website.
An excellent research source.
Thanks Thomas and Gregory.

Re: Question on Constitution

michael, I don't believe a man of Yahweh is necessarily a freeman on the land. I was asking because the two positions are quite different. The point I was trying to make to lis about rescinding is that rescinding is worthless if you don't know how to rebut the presumptions that go with the legal fic...

Re: Merchandise of ...Souls

An interesting quote I just read: “[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agend...

Re: Question on Constitution

I know how you feel. There is so much controversy. You mention rescinding B.C., SSN, D.L. Etc. More important than rescinding is, can you rebut the presumptions that will be made against you even if you rescind those things. Personally, if a man can rebut the presumptions, he is a lot better off tha...
