Re: Right to Travel denied, HALAJIAN v. D & B TOWING
Although after thinking about this some more, notmartha, the misapplication you were talking about is making more sense. The california appeals court would not be the right venue to make such an argument. The court is biased and of course in favor of it's own state's laws and it didn't find any ille...

Re: Right to Travel denied, HALAJIAN v. D & B TOWING
yes i noted misapplication as well, case probably should have been filed against the state itself. but the court still opined on the merits of "right to travel" and found that licenses and registration were not unreasonably burdensome...

Right to Travel denied, HALAJIAN v. D & B TOWING
I came across this case the other day, HALAJIAN v. D & B TOWING 209 Cal.App.4th 1 (2012), 146 Cal. Rptr. 3d 646. (I attached a print-out from the law library) Some unfortunate opinions by this California appeals court, just read the first couple pages. what bothers me the most is that they found...

Re: finally cited

finally cited
well after almost 9 months of traveling and about a dozen officers from city, county, and state witnessing me traveling with my posted notice, the tucson cops finally decided to mess with me, by a sergeant even. my civil rights have been violated. my freedom of movement was infringed upon, there wer...

Re: Property Tax Exemption
It has been my experience, and the experience of many I know, that you will not get electric service, phone service, or insurance from any corporations in the trust without a driver’s license, STATE ID, and/or SSN that establish your residency/personhood/status in the trust. see i have a big issue ...

Re: Property Tax Exemption
i've contacted the People's Rights Academy and was happy to have a conversation with one of the volunteers there, the phone number (Delaware) is listed in the link i provided in my previous post; the 800 number on their website is disconnected. it sounds like they have a sure way to unrecord the pro...

Re: Property Tax Exemption
thanks... maybe the editor could move that to this forum since it doesn't seem to relate to travel rights? anyway, it sounds like quite a battle. but seeing that i don't want to put up with illegal taxes and control of myself and my land, i will probably fight it. i also found this the other day: Pr...

Re: general procedures for restoring Rights
which brief? i don't have any briefs but would be interested in seeing what you have! it may come in handy. i haven't had to go to court yet so i have no idea what works. i have read and watched videos of others succeeding though. maybe you could start a new thread and explain the situation you're i...
