Respectfully Yes. Stop trying to settle civil UCC contract matters in a Statutory Regulation that does not operate under the uniform commercial code. Your Declaration of Right to Travel means what to a prosecutor of a statutory scheme? Nothing. Who is saying you don't have a right to travel? Nobody....

i don't understand your argument about this signature and I think you are in error. Look I am like minded just so we all know, so bear with me. in Texas where I live there is a requirement to have a fishing license (of course this is commercial too but for the sake of clarification...follow a logica...

Remember the law is not accusing you of not having the right to travel. Even a commercial operator properly licensed has a right to travel. The difference is whether or not that traveler is subject to the commercial transportation code as in engaged in a regulable activity of the transportation code...
