Re: Delivery and Acceptance of Deeds
Dear Editor: Thank you for your thoughtful comments. I understand about presumptions but again I was listening to a file quoting Bouvier re: a case, where because a presumption wasn't ESTABLISHED, it didn't stand, and an (otherwise) owner lost title when a lender "swooped in" and laid clai...

Re: Paying off mortgage early/A4V discharge
The author informed me the follow-up article was not written because most people would not be willing to take the process to its final conclusion (which I believe he meant) of full renunciation of all federal benefits. Indeed this is a stark step to take and we must ask ourselves what is the benefit...

Re: Paying off mortgage early/A4V discharge
Actually I DID read said document, is what led me to this forum. I was hoping the author had actually posted the follow-up article he had promised at the end. I did find evidence that the birth certificate bond exists by looking up my own on the treasurydirect.gov website. Maybe people on this forum...

Re: Delivery and Acceptance of Deeds
Dear Editor: Appreciate your comments. Well the information I was quoting was found in a variety of places all of which I don't remember but summary as follows. "Perfecting the deed" was quoted in a video from a case in Bouvier's as being necessary. An acceptance is necessary in all commer...

Re: Promissory note specimen(s)
Dear Editor: Thank you for your comments. I'm not here to argue but find methods that work and share same. I found those specimens on a page that included Michael Tellinger's Youtube video where he talks about creating one's own promissory notes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbku5XULgIA ...Mr. Te...

Delivery and Acceptance of Deeds
If you have a mortgage, have you gone down to county clerks and recorded an acceptance of the deed? You need to do that or you don't really own it yet and a default will cause the bank to swoop in and overwrite the county file and foreclose the property. They still can but you made it more difficult...

Promissory note specimen(s)
I had a beech of a time trying to download these, kept coming up as unable to display because of errors. Me thinks some people may not want you to have them. Of course there's a learning curve, how to use without going to jail, enforcing one's claim, etc. They are a bit large for a reason. Right-cli...

Look up your TDA bond number...
A guy on Youtube showed how to do this. A commenter who hawks his promissory note "service" said there's much more than that value not being shown. Here's the link: https://www.treasurydirect.gov/BC/SBCPrice ...you enter the Birth Certificate Bond number, usually printed in red letters on ...

Paying off mortgage early/A4V discharge
Hi everyone. I'm new to this legal landscape, which i first learned about over a decade ago but had not the tools to study further until now. First heard about from a moor accountant in CA who was helping people discharge their mortgages through UCC and obtaining refunds. He was also coaching people...
